Blaze 2 Improvements

Our Blaze 2 Cnc Plasma Cutting table just keeps on getting better and better.  We have not only gone in and beefed up the frame to be almost as heavy duty as our larger tables, but now there are a couple of new things we have added.

Indexable Table

The Blaze2 still retains the water table that it was originally designed with, but now we have re-designed it to be able to put a full 4' x 8' sheet of steel on it and let half of it hang out the front or hang out the back of the machine as the grate table sits proud above the front and rear tubing.  This feature keeps the water table but allows the user to now be able to cut those larger sheets by indexing the metal.

The next addition is a new, optional tube cutting add-on that keeps everything under the same roof.  There is no need to have an extended gantry as there is a dry well fabricated right into the table and the tube cutting attachment is under the gantry next to the water table.

Auto Tool Changing Router

Hi there, it's cold and windy here today in Oklahoma.  Thought it might be a good time to start posting some of the new and exciting things going on here at PlasmaRouteCnc.  We have been working on quite a few things from our new Cabinet Panel Router with a 10hp Auto Tool Changer with a fully intergrated vacuum table made from space age HDPE. The vacuum table is machined to accept the new Vacuum Cups we are offering for those that have specialty needs to machine smaller pieces on the edge.
